Clinical hypnotherapy

Mind · Subconscious · Patterns · Change

To me, hypnotherapy consists of patterns that cannot easily be dealt with by conscious effort on their own. Being in a state of hypnosis does not mean you are asleep, unconscious, or under another person's control; you can still hear me, think, and communicate. I guide you into a more focused, attentive state, then apply hypnotic techniques suited to the purpose we have decided to work on.

Clients seek my support to address stress, confidence, fears, unwanted habits, motivation, emotional patterns, and personal change.

What happens in the first meeting?

The first meeting is especially important.

Before beginning hypnosis, I discuss the client’s reasons for seeking help, their goals, relevant past experiences, and expectations.
I clearly explain what hypnosis involves, as many people’s perceptions are shaped by films, stage performances, or online sources.

I would like them to realize that hypnosis is a participative process; although I guide it, they keep control and take part themselves. Depending on the person and the issue we are addressing, I choose the hypnotic method rather than applying the same script to everyone.

How many sessions?

I do not promise a set number of sessions, as each client’s needs are unique. Well-defined goals may require fewer sessions, while more complex issues may need ongoing work. After the first session, we discuss the most appropriate plan for the individual. Hypnotherapy is a personalized therapeutic experience, not a standardized treatment package.
