Ayurvedic practices

Body · Marma · Prana · Restoration

I integrate two aspects of Indian tradition: Marma work and energy work.

Marma, rooted in Ayurveda, focuses on the body's vital points. During sessions, I gently address these points and incorporate techniques from my Pranic Healing background.

While Pranic Healing is non-touch, this approach may involve gentle contact with select Marma points.

A typical session often includes these steps:

  1. Conversation
  2. Energy assessment
  3. Cleansing/Energising
  4. Marma work
  5. Rest & integration

Each session is tailored to the individual rather than following a fixed routine.

The primary goals are deep relaxation, improved body awareness, relief from daily tension, balanced energy, and support for reconnecting with your body.
