About me

I'm originally from India and now based in Warsaw. My work brings together different approaches to the mind, body, energy, and consciousness: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Pranic Healing, Ayurveda Marma & Energy Work, and Shakti Tantra.

I've had the opportunity to live and work in several countries, which has molded my international background. I hold a Master's degree in Tourism Management, and my research during that time centered on spiritual tourism. In this field, my passion for travel and academic curiosity intersected with personal spirituality.

My personal journey with Indian spiritual traditions, including traveling across India to explore Shakti traditions and sacred sites, aims to foster trust and authenticity with my audience by sharing genuine experiences.

Professionally, I am a Certified Level 4 Pranic Healer, trained within the teachings and system developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and my hypnosis work has been influenced by the direct approaches associated with Dave Elman and Jeffrey Stephens.

My Shakti Tantra background is rooted in initiation, traditional teachings from my Guru, and ongoing personal practice within the Indian Shakti tradition. This depth and authenticity distinguish my approach from casual or weekend courses, ensuring a genuine and meaningful connection to these practices.

My ongoing development work with Ayurveda Marma, combined with energy work, reflects my curiosity about the mind, energy, body, and consciousness, and encourages the audience to explore their own potential.
